Kenneth Lundberg

Kenneth Ray Lundberg, 94, of Albin passed away March 29, 2013, at Davis Hospice Center. Kenneth was born at the family home in Albin on March 24, 1919, to the late Harry and Carrie Lundberg.

He graduated from Albin High School in 1938 and enlisted in the US Army in 1941. As a pilot in the Army Air Corps, First Lieutenant Lundberg was stationed in the China-Burma-India Theatre during World War II and flew 57 missions over the “Hump” (Himalayas) delivering goods, ammunition and supplies into China.
