Shain re-elected mayor of Pine Bluffs

Bill Shain retained his seat as mayor of Pine Bluffs in Tuesday’s election. He defeated opponent Steve Miller by a 242 to 62 vote margin. Kelly Krakow was confirmed for a second term as mayor in Albin with 25 votes. There was a write-in vote for James Sorensen in Albin.

In the council race in Pine Bluffs, six men ran for two four-year terms. Incumbent Alan Curtis received 189 votes and incumbent Mark Fornstrom received 157.
