Mixed emotions on mixed use zone

The commissioners meeting last Tuesday educated the audience on different types of land regulations and usage. The request before the commissioners was to change a piece of land from mixed use, MU, to commercial business, CB, off of South Greeley Highway.

The lots in question are surrounded by CB lots and from outside appearances in a commercial area.
