School board builds support

House Representative John Eklund, R-District 10, spoke to the Laramie County School Board No. 2 as they met last Monday evening about the information he had on the Pine Bluffs Elementary School being lowered on the building list.

Eklund said his research revealed “something fishy” as he learned more about the needs index for the schools.

“Pine Bluffs has dropped from the number one position to 32nd last year and down even lower this year,” explained Eklund. “Some schools that were below Pine Bluffs last year are getting new schools.”
