Bastians celebrate golden anniversary

Ted and Jeanette Bastian will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with family at a dinner at the home of their daughter and son-in-law.

Ted Bastian and Jeanette Mikesell were Sunday school friends at the First Presbyterian Church of Burns and their friendship continued as they attended Burns junior and senior high schools, where they began dating. They were married on June 4, 1963, at the First Presbyterian Church in Greeley, Colo. Ted and Jeanette have lived in the Burns area since they were married and raised their family there.
