Jay Palm

Michael Jay Palm, 61, of Goddard, Kan., died on April 24, 2013, in Mumbai, India. Jay was born on July 25, 1951, in Cheyenne, to Edwin R. Palm, Jr. and Harriet Ann (Larson) Palm.

He graduated from Albin High School in 1969 and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in industrial management.
