Mix together some ice cream with all the toppings, a Percheron horse named Mick with a trailer, and the Texas Trail Museum, you get an enjoyable end to the Laramie County Library summer reading program. While Burns and the main branch also celebrated with ice cream, Pine Bluffs branch went all out to entertain their summer readers. Over 300 bookworms signed up locally for the program that offered incentives for reading. Mick stole the show with his massive presence, and owner Julie Bostwick said he is “part of the family.” And he showed his love for family by saying “hello” to the 5...
