Size makes the difference in Hornets loss

It makes a big difference in the score when the opposing team has more players than yours does. That truth played out Friday night when the Pine Bluffs Hornets traveled to Cheyenne East to play the sophomore squad. The Hornets lost the contest 16-40.

“Their ability to sub in fresh bodies was the difference,” said Hornets head coach Will Gray. “Depth is going to be an issue for us.”

That said, Gray added the players on his team “do a lot of great things.”
