Another sports season began Aug. 29, when the Pawnee volleyball teams hosted Merino. On Friday, Aug. 30, the teams traveled to Briggsdale. Following those matches the team is set to embark on the remaining season sitting on a 6-1 record after defeating Briggsdale 3-0 and Merino 3-1.

Marcy Konig is head coach and assistant coaches are Mary Burson and Kayla Konig.
