Broncs notch 2-0 start

A win on the road over Wright puts the Burns Broncs at a 2-0 start to the 2013 prep football season.

The Panthers were held scoreless in the first half of play, while the Broncs’ Taylor Kirkbride hit pay dirt once for a 7-0 Broncs lead at halftime.

A third period score by Wright gave Burns a single point lead. A pair of touchdowns in the game’s closing stanza put the game away for the Broncs. Paden Wilson and Wyatt Berg did the honors.

This is homecoming week for the Broncs. On Friday, they will play Big Horn before the homecoming crowd.
