Pawnee downed by Prairie, Peetz

The weekend was a rough one for the players on Pawnee’s volleyball team. The Lady Coyotes lost a tight five-set game against Prairie at home on Thursday before taking the court and losing a four-set game to Peetz on Friday.

The visiting Prairie Lady Mustangs notched their first victory of the season over the Lady Coyotes with scores of 19-25, 25-23, 25-20, 21-25, 15-10.

Coach Marcy Konig named Kyndra Konig as the player of the match.

“Kyndra played a good game leading the team with four aces, 14 kills and six blocks,” said Coach Konig. “She continues to grow as a player and leader....
