Winning at 'Godzilla'

The Pine Bluffs/Burns cross country team took a Friday off and ran Saturday instead at the Jackalope Invite in Douglas. The girls Jr. High race started at 12:00 and boys Jr. High race followed.

For the boys Tristen Zitek placed 6th and Tyler Norris placed 8th. Both had great races considering the heat and difficulty of the course.

On the girls side of things it was a great day. The new course has earned the nickname of “Godzilla” from our team because it has some monstrous hills.
