Albin acts on public comments

The Albin Town Council listened to Jim Sorensen as he discussed the poor condition of 5th street at their meeting Thursday evening.

“It just seems to get slicker and slicker,” Sorensen said. “Would it be possible to get a load of gravel dumped on the street?”

Mayor Kelly Krakow said he would check to see how busy maintenance man Arron Anderson was the next few weeks and get something done.

The lunch report was reviewed by the council and town clerk Jillian Kriz added that one catered event hadn’t been paid for yet, so the total was a bit off.
