Girls three-peat conference championship

The Pine Bluffs/Burns cross country team got on the bus this morning with a few inches of snow on the ground and with high hopes of running a race in good weather.

When the team arrived in Glenrock to compete in Absaraka 3A conference meet we were welcomed to 20 to 30 mph gusts and 47 degree weather at race time.

The junior high girls race went off on time and Sarah Love was awarded 7th place and given All Conference honors in the 8th grade category.

In the boys junior high division, Tristen Zitek placed 7th and Tucker Norman placed 10th. Both were awarded with All Conference honors.
