Lady Broncs come up short at regionals

 


The Lady Broncs traveled to Wright Friday to participate in the 2A regional volleyball tournament., losing to Tongue River in their first bracket match-up 25-21, 19-25, 25-21, 22-25, 12-15. Later in the evening, the Lady Broncs defended their side of the net against Lusk and won, 27-29, 25-14, 25-18, 25-15.

On Saturday, Burns had the chance to move forward to state with a win against Southeast, but fell short in four sets 18-25, 25-23, 20-25, 16-25.

“They lost a tough battle with Tongue River,”Coach Christina Patterson said. “We had a great season and finished overall 18-10 overall....
