'Surprise, Surprise' for local librarian

In 1985, Burns Elementary librarian Diana Coulter went to England with her high school choir. While there, Coulter and the other singers stayed with host families.

Coulter remembers the trip as a "fantastic opportunity" to see England and kept in contact with her host family for the past 28 years.
