Emil W. Herman

Mr. Emil W. Herman, 85, of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at home.

Mr. Herman was born July 29, 1928, in Kimball, Nebraska, to the late Robert and Martha (Onigkeit) Herman.

Emil attended Golden Prairie School through the 8th grade and went to work at the family farm.

As he grew older he worked for several other local farmers, then purchased Jim’s Bar in Pine Bluffs which he operated until his retirement while continuing to farm on the family farm. After his retirement, he went on to farm strictly at the family farm.
