Influenza and the holidays

According to The Center For Disease Control, influenza activity is low in the United States, but is expected to increase in the coming weeks. Air travel, large shopping crowds, family members and friends getting together for dinners and parties; are all theperfect medium for flu to flourish. If you have not gotten your flu vaccine yet this season, you should get one now.
