Lady Broncs start off Basketball season 2-1

The Lady Broncs returned with two wins and one loss from the Lusk Tiger Jamboree Dec. 6, putting them 2-1 early in the season.

The Lady Broncs first faced Big Horn, beating the team 55-43. The Lady Broncs also beat Riverside 58-21, but lost to Sundance 53-50.

Coach Barry Ward said, against Big Horn, the girls did a great job executing the game plan, but did not do as well against Riverside, although they won that game as well.

“The Kids were not quite as sharp but picked up a win,” he said.

Ward said the girls had many opportunities to win against Sundance, but failed to take advantage....
