Hornets' youthful edge cuts in Burns' Classic

Head Coach Will Gray knows the strength of the Pine Bluffs boys' basketball team is also its weakness - youth.

The Hornets went into the Winter Classic hosted by Burns knowing it could keep up with the pace of the other teams, but unsure if it could score against more experienced teams. That question was answered as the Hornets ended the classic 1-2.

"This weekend was very up and down for us," Gray said. "As young as we are, we expect some roller coasters, but we have to control how we handle the peaks and valleys."
