Town takes closer look at building permit

The Pine Bluffs Town Council unanimously agreed to take a closer look at the town’s building permit and make adjustments after identifying some problems with the form involving utilities Monday night.

Mayor Bill Shain and the council discussed the matter at length Monday night while dissecting a billing issue with Pine Bluffs property owner Preston Harer.
