Welcome the joy: Pine Bluffs residents introduce newcomers with baskets

Joy can come in something as simple as a warm cinnamon roll, or an information pamphlet. Two Pine Bluffs residents have taken it upon themselves to deliver this joy in those small packages.

Community members Lynda Sanders and Alice Theobald have delivered more than 25 packages containing everything from helpful information about Pine Bluffs to coffee mugs to gift certificates and yes, even cinnamon rolls, to those who have recently moved to Pine Bluffs. The two residents call the service, the "Welcome Wagon."
