Laramie county spells to win

Walking into the conference room at Laramie County Community College, 12 LCSD 2 students found their way to 10 tables set up with 10 pencils and water bottles. They would be competing against other kindergarten through eighth grade students from Laramie County to win a chance to go to the state spelling bee.

In the audience mom's were mumbling to themselves, "I hope it goes well." At the state competition, the parents are active participants at the reception as they taste the anxiety of spelling in front of a large group first hand.
