Pine Bluffs' road trip ends on a win


Twenty minutes doesn't add up to a complete basketball game. But three quarters of well-played ball is enough for Coach William Gray to keep moving the Hornets forward.

"We were down by 5 halfway through the third against Kimball, and then they hit back-to-back threes," Gray said. "That sequence deflated us a bit and we couldn't recover."

A loss is a loss, 78-54, but Gray doesn't look at it as a defeat, saying Kimball was "the best team we will play all season." He was proud of the Hornets and how they competed with that level of competition.
