Burns mayor completes training

The Leadership Training Services Continuing Education Program (LTS/CEP) would like to recognize Burns Mayor Judy Johnstone for completing the Level III Municipal Governance Award. Mayor Johnstone is now recognized as a Leadership Fellow. The LTS/CEP is a program for elected and appointed local government officials and municipal staff coordinated by the Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM).
