Lady Hornets win 1, lose 2 at state competition

The Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets ended the basketball season with one win and two losses at the Wyoming state basketball tournament March 6 through March 8.

Coach Lindsey Forbes said she was extremely proud of the girls and their performance throughout the season.

"I am extremely proud of this group of young ladies," Forbes said. "On one hand I think they were disappointed with how it ended, but on the other hand they were excited with what they accomplished this year. All in all we had a great season."
