Weller wins $750 in talent show

Pine Bluffs high schooler Jason Weller won $750 for his music program after shredding on his guitar and placing first in the Kiwanis Talent Show held March 8 in Cheyenne.

"Our family is extremely proud of him and we think that it is really great for the Pine Bluffs High School," said Jason's father, Jeff Weller.

Jason, who aspires to be a professional musician, said the Kiwanis Talent Show was by far the biggest crowd he had played for.

Jason said he had limited time to prepare for the talent show, as he heard about it only a few days before.
