Broncs' sight set on Top 3 at state track this season

As the boys Burns track and field team finishes its first meet of the season, the team looks to improve and place well in state.

Head Coach Cole Manlove said, in order to accomplish that goal, the team will need to perform better in field events.

“We need to place in some field events if we want to finish in the top three at our state meet,” Manlove said. “Our under class men really need to step up to be a strong team.”

Manlove said he is pleased with the team this year and its strong senior and junior presence, and glad to see many returning members....
