Hornets compete in twilight meet


The Pine Bluffs Hornets competed in the Storm Twilight Track Meet on the evening of April 15, in Chappell, Neb. This meet is more appealing to athletes because it takes place at night. In all, the Pine Bluffs track team placed second with a score of 232, following the Burns Broncs with a score of 339.

The Lady Hornets placed fifth with 96 points. Sam Hanson placed first in the long jump and 100 meter dash. Austin Asay placed first in the 1600 meter run and in the 3200 meter run.
