Brook Darden and Bailey Pachel both received superior for their performances at the Southeast District Music Festival in Cheyenne.
Pine Bluffs High School music students sang their way through Southeast District Music Festival April 14 and 15, in Cheyenne.
Soloists, Bailey Pachel, Hope Person, Brook Darden and Lizzy Merryfield preformed a prepared solo and received comments and ratings from an adjudicator.
Pachel, senior, received superior. Pachel said it helped listening to other preformers and what they critique on.
Person, junior, received superior. Person said she enjoyed the festival because she was critiqued by someone other than her friends or teacher, who isnt used to hearing her voice.
