First security cameras installed in Burns

The Town of Burns announced new security cameras have been installed and are working.

The cameras have been installed in the hallways of both Burns Plex buildings. These are the first security cameras for the town of Burns. The cameras have been in place for a couple of weeks.

“The more people who know about them, the better,” Judy Johnstone, Mayor of Burns, said.

Johnstone said there had been a few incidences including minor theft and breaking and entering. The council decided it was time to protect resources as well as the tenants.
