No one is too big, too small to ride in the rodeo

At almost every Double Bar G Rodeo, Braxton Wiesen, of Carpenter, can be seen racing Rascal, a shetland pony, during the Pee Wee Barrels.

Wiesen is 5-years-old and began riding by himself when he was 4. Angie Wiesen said Rascal helps Braxton practice riding by himself. Wiesen has been riding Rascal since he got the pony three years ago.

Wiesen said barrel racing is his favorite event at the rodeo. Wiesen also participates in mutton bustin and has competed in Laramie Jubilee Days, Pine Bluffs Trai...
