A galloping parade of 3,000 cowboys and cowgirls part stands and bleachers holding 25,000 spectators is a spectacular feature of Frontier Days, a remarkable cowboy festival which is held annually at Cheyenne, Wyoming. The dates for the 1914 celebration are August 18, 19, 20 and 21. this year’s show will cost $50,000 of which $25,000 will go to the contestants in world’s championship steer-roping, rough-riding and other thrilling and perilous contests.
