Bagels; A circle of warmth

So, rumor has it snow will be on its way by the time you are reading this. What better way to ward off the September chills than the smell of warm bread baking in your kitchen. 

I never tried bagels until this year. I always thought they were a bit “out of my league.” However, it turns out not only can anyone cook, anyone can cook anything with a solid recipe and a little patience. 

The recipe below carried me through my lack of patience and they turned out well. Try your hand at pulling some bagels. If nothing else, the process will warm you up.
