Junior High joins Pine Bluffs-Burns Cross Country at Gering Invite

 


The Pine Bluffs-Burns Cross Country team had a first full team experience with junior high joining the run at the Gering Invite on Friday at Gering Park.

Dustin Lee, Pine Bluffs Head Coach, said the meet was nice and cool, which was a drastic change from last year’s 99 degree weather.

“The kids did great,” Lee said.

In the woman’s 5,000 meter varsity race. Kelsey Faircloth ran 23.51, Matison Mikesell ran 24.00 and Celestial Jackson ran 24.09.

In the women’s 5,000 meter junior varsity race, Emily Keiter was a top 10 winner with a time of 23.58. Sarah Love ran 25.14, Brittney Wils...
