Lady Hornets Jaden Ragsdale and Taylen Fornstrom jump to block Cyclone Laurel Luke's hit on Friday during Pine Bluffs Homecoming.
The Lady Hornets squared off against the Lady Longhorns of Kimball Thursday, September 18 in Kimball. It was an exciting match, taking five sets to settle the score; however, the Hornets came out the victors. Set scores were 26-24, 13-25, 25-15, 19-25, and 15-12.
"Kimball was an excellent team and ran about as fast of an offense as we've seen this year. Our play this match stepped us up to a whole new level. What this team is accomplishing is really exciting. " said Chris Nusbaum, coach of the Lady Hornets.
