Lady Broncs split weekend games

Burns High varsity volleyball team split its two matches last week.

The Lady Broncs won on the road against Kimball last Thursday in a sweep. The Lady Broncs won the first set, 25-14. The Lady Longhorns tried to take over the second set, but Burns prevailed, 25-22.

The Lady Broncs closed out the match with a close win in the third set, 26-24.

"We played outstanding against Kimball and fought back in the third set," said Burns volleyball coach Christina Patterson.
