Chuck Radcliffe past Post Commander for the Louis E. Canady American Legion Post 60 takes time to read the Veterans Memorial at the Pine Bluffs Cemetery.

In the week to come, we remember the veterans that served this country in the neverending fight for freedom.

The members of the Louis E. Canady American Legion Post 60, American Legion Auxiliary and The Sons of The American Legion will be seen Saturday at the Pine Bluffs cemetery placing flags on veteran’s graves, taking two steps back and saluting both the veteran and the flag – a ceremony each member holds as an honor.

The day is in preparation for their Veteran’s Day ceremony that will be held November 11 at 9 a.m. at the cemetery.
