Laramie County Fire District No.5 firefighters responded to two tractor-trailer accidents Monday morning on Interstate 80 west of Pine Bluffs. The east bound truck involved in the second accident flipped and slid across both the east and west bound lanes, prompting the Wyoming Highway Patrol to close the roadway in both directions for more than two hours. The cause of the accident was thought to be due to high winds, blowing snow and icy roads.
