The Louis E. Canady American Legion Post No. 60 and Ladies Auxiliary held the sixth annual silent auction fundraiser and community dinner Saturday night. The majority of funds raised will go toward next year's Empty Stocking project. It was standing room only, with auction items bringing in more than $1,400. Door prizes were awarded during the evening, and Post Cmdr. Steve Miller (left) is shown giving away a t-shirt and cap combo. Jo Radcliffe (center) of the Ladies Auxiliary and previous Post Cmdr. William 'Buzz' Canady assisted in drawing numbers and announcing winners.
