Tough weekend for Pawnee Lady Coyotes



Wedged between two Prairies defenders, Malauriane Russell fights for the ball Friday night. Pawnee dropped two games this weekened but Coach Malcom is looking at bouncing back.

The Pawnee Coyotes hosted Prairie Friday, Feb. 6, and lost 75-40

High Score was Katie Klinginsmith with 22 points

Saturday Feb. 7, the six team members went to Shining Mountain near Boulder, Colo., and lost 65-33

Again high score of 16 points was made by senior Katie Klinginsmith

Freshman Jaycie Haun, led in rebounds with 15 documented.

Coach Megan Malcom said, "This past week, neither of the games went as anticipated.  As a whole, we just didn't play to our full ability, ending the weekend with a frustrating loss."
