Main Street lighting project moves forward

The Town of Pine Bluffs Town Council took one more step toward the installation of new, improved, and aesthetically pleasing light fixtures for Main Street at their Feb. 24 meeting.

At a previous meeting, on Feb. 17, the council discussed engineering estimates provided by ESC, a firm based in Fort Collins, CO. Prelimnary costs, which included subcontracting overhead of 15 percent, was over $24,238. The council made a decision that the labor would be provided by the town, negating the need for subcontractor’s overhead, and asked for a new estimate.
