Coyotes compete in Round-Up, Stampede meets

The rain and snow may have canceled the Glenrock Invitational track meet, and kept the Pine Bluffs and Burns track and field teams from doing what they like to do best, but the Pawnee High School athletes persevered, and have attended two meets over the last two weeks.

Track and Field Coach Kathy Adams took her team to Weld Central on April 10 for the 7th Annual Rebel Round-Up, where the Pawnee team was one of 23 looking to place personally and as a team.

Luke Duggan placed first in the 1600m Run with a time of 4:46.86, followed by Jaydee Johnston with 5:36.79 and Josh Keiper with 5:39.15....
