Legion Auxiliary to host No Longer Homeless shower

The Louis E. Canady American Legion Post 60 Auxiliary will host a No Longer Homeless veterans household shower May 16, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the Post in Pine Bluffs.

Auxiliary members will be collecting new and gently used items including tea towels, silverware and kitchen utensils, dishes, microwaves, toasters, sofas, chairs and end tables, pots and pans, bedding, pillows and bath towels, lamps and small tables and chairs.

The items will be distributed to once homeless veterans who have moved into, or will be moving into housing specifically for them.
