The Town Election

The town election passed off very quietly here Tuesday. Some tried to start something but failed. Despite the fact that there was only one ticket up there was a large vote polled, which shows that the people are interested in public affairs.

There were 124 votes cast, four more than last year. The result of the vote is as follows: For Mayor C.E. Carlstrum 83, for Councilman C.H. Busehow 90, For Councilman F.R. Davison 90.

Art Osborne received 30 votes for mayor and a few scattering of votes were cast for mayor and councilmen.
