Take a historic walk at a historic museum

Visitors to the Texas Trail Museum in Pine Bluffs will now be greeted by two very large, but harmless grazing steers gracing a new mural painted on the front side of the building by Glenna Hanson.

There is no doubt that museums in small rural communities, such as the Texas Trail Museum Pine Bluffs, play an important role in capturing the history of the area and preserving it for the generations to come, especially when they are located inside of a building that has been preserved from a towns' past.

And there is also no doubt, that an organization like the Pine Bluffs Lions Club, which conducts a historic walk each year in some part of Pine Bluffs and eastern Laramie County, is doing it's part to help the museum, and the visitors who go there, to relive, at least in their imagination...
