Zoning for Wyoming Malted moves forward

After calling the meeting to order the Pine Bluffs Town Council moved to the business of the intended use of property by Chad Brown and Gene Purdy for their company Wyoming Malted. The Council needed to determine if this use was in accordance with the town's envisioned goal for said property.

Presenting the request was Anja Bendel from Cheyenne LEADS. She stated, “We need documentation from the City of Pine Bluffs that the intended use of the property by Wyoming Malt is in accordance with the vision of the Council.”
