Council votes against lone daycare proposal

In a vote of 3 to 2, after putting the decision off until Councilman Mark Fornstrom could be in attendance at Monday night's meeting, the full council decided not to accept the only proposal it had received with regard to privatization of the Town's daycare center.

The owner of the single private daycare service in Pine Bluffs, Kyla of Little Learners Daycare, had submitted the proposal in response to an advertised request for the same made by the Town of Pine Bluffs in August.
