Lady Coyotes lose two in a row



The Pawnee Lady Coyotes played Briggsdale Friday. They numbered five team members against seventeen Falcons. A Lady Coyote is shown attempting to return the ball to the Falcons.

The Pawnee Coyotes hosted Merino Thursday, Sept. 3, for a non-league game, and lost in three matches against 26 players.

On Friday, Sept. 4, they traveled to Briggsdale, and had only five girls playing against 17 on the Falcon team. They scored 18 points during one game, but could not hold the lead, and lost the three matches.

Lady Coyotes who took part during the two-day game spree were seniors Amy Probst and Cynthia Ash; junior Brook Mercer; sophomores Jaycie Hahn, Rhiannon Mowery, Malauriane Russell, Sheighlyn Spaulding, Kaitlyn Stryker and Grace Robinson; and freshman Missy Cline.
