Hail Caesar

There were witches, grim reapers, princesses and even a fire dog and a John Deere tractor at Friday night's Halloween Carnival in Pine Bluffs, but one little boy, complete with a crown of olive leaves stood out as Julius Caesar as he calmly awaited the judges' decision during costume competition.
